We have finally completed and we wanted to say a huge thank you for all your hard work, both in selling this flat for us and your management of our rentals for the past 4 years. You guys have been great to work with, always happy to help and very understanding of our situation being 11,000 miles away!  We've had our challenges and frustrations but I think you'll agree we've worked pretty well together to overcome these and we got there in the end!
