James has been working in and around Streatham for the past 25 years leading some of the most successful offices in the area. James set up Brooks Estate Agents with his brother, Robert, 15 years ago, taking the business from strength to strength.

Ben Nicoll

Sales Director

Ben has been working in property for the past 10 years and for the last five years, exclusively in SW London. Ben, who is nephew to James and Robert, lives in Streatham and is a huge advocate of the area, bringing a wealth of experience and local knowledge.

With 18 years of experience in the property industry, Jade has developed a deep understanding of the lettings market and a reputation for providing expert advice and exceptional service. Since joining Brooks in 2013, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to helping clients navigate the complexities of the lettings process with ease and confidence.

Holly Naegeli

Senior Negotiator

Holly is our Senior Lettings Negotiator and has been working alongside Jade since 2019, having previously been part of our Property Management team. She’s known for her clear communication, quick response times, and friendly, professional manner. Holly supports clients and tenants throughout the rental process with consistency and care.

Natalie Jacobs

Head of Property Management

Natalie joined Brooks in 2016 with over 20 years of experience in Property Management and an ARLA accreditation. She has sound industry knowledge and expertise in overseeing properties with precision and care. Known for her hands-on, solutions-driven approach, she focuses not only on smooth operations but also on building strong, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors, ensuring high client retention.

Shaz Khan

Negotiator

Shahzaib is our negotiator and he has been in the office for 2 years. Ever since he moved to England he has always lived in south and has good local knowledge. He brings a cultural touch of 3 major languages and works efficiently with all sorts of clients. His key strengths are communication, attention to detail and tailoring the needs of our customers.

Paulina Hofman

Operations Manager

Paulina has lived in SW for over 15 years and brings a strong local knowledge to her role. As our Operations Manager, she plays a key role in onboarding new sales instructions, ensuring a smooth start for our clients. Drawing on her background in lettings and property management, Paulina also oversees tenancy renewals and supports our Property Management team with routine inspections. Her calm, detail-focused approach helps keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Aggie Squire

Assistant Property Manager

Aggie is very proud to be the first employee at Brooks, and she joined them in 2010. As a property manager assistant, she supports landlords and tenants with maintenance coordination. She is focused on organisation and good communication to ensure smooth and productive workflows.
