In summary, our standard fees are 10% plus V.A.T for our Let only service (which can include rent collection) and 15% plus V.A.T for Full Management. If you opt for either the Let & Rent collection or Full Management service, the fee can be taken on a monthly basis.
We can also offer our management only service, should your tenants wish to continue at the property. The fee for this would be 5% plus V.A.T.
There is also a £200 plus V.A.T for the administration fee, a one-off payment, at the start of the contract.
